An aluminium bronze melt in general requires to monitor a number of parameters ; besides the standard chemical analysis we have identified several parameters that we track during the complete process and for which our operators have been trained thru years of experience . This garanties a repeatable high level of quality which our customers look for.

Each grade of aluminum bronze melt is made of either pur metals or recycled metals which enable us to participate in the sustainable development strategy at the early stage when a mechanical component is only a casted blank.

All aluminium bronze melts are 100% controled by our inhouse laboratory ; chemical analysis checked by spectrometer while mechanical properties are tested on our tensile test bench and the metalographic structure is overlooked using a microscope & camera system as often requested by our customers.

Inoxyda has invested in several induction furnaces (ranging from 400 kg to 6To) which enable simultaneously melting/pouring up to 15To of NAB alloys for the largest and most complex components .
